Volunteering with Catholic Charities
Catholic Charities welcomes people of all faiths to become a Partner in Mission. This team is vital to helping us meet the needs of a growing number of people we serve throughout Cook and Lake counties.
The Catholic Charities Volunteer Corps engages a community of Catholics and friends across Cook and Lake counties who feel called to ongoing accompaniment and service on behalf of those in need. Engagement opportunities for individuals or groups are available for varying lengths of desire and availability, and may include stocking shelves at food pantries, teaching English to refugees, tutoring children, mentoring young adults, sorting clothes in our clothing rooms, serving hot meals, or delivering meals to our homebound seniors.
