WHAT TO EXPECT:
Catholic Charities community centers require volunteer support to offer high quality hospitality to clients. Serve as the first point of contact, providing a warm welcome to clients, directing individuals to services, answering questions, and assisting staff with clerical tasks. Tasks and roles will vary depending on location.
REQUIREMENTS TO SERVE:
- Complete volunteer registration here before beginning service.
- Complete VIRTUS: Vulnerable Adults Training here.
- Complete Hospitality Attendant application by "Expressing Interest Below."

Hospitality Attendant |
Stationed at the front desk, the Hospitality Attendant is the first point of contact with guests. The Attendant's main role is to provide a warm welcome to all guests and help assist with any questions. Friendly, outgoing, bilingual, and high energy individuals are desired.
