WHAT TO EXPECT:

Catholic Charities community centers require volunteer support to offer high quality hospitality to clients. Serve as the first point of contact, providing a warm welcome to clients, directing individuals to services, answering questions, and assisting staff with clerical tasks. Tasks and roles will vary depending on location.

Hospitality Attendant

Stationed at the front desk, the Hospitality Attendant is the first point of contact with guests. The Attendant's main role is to provide a warm welcome to all guests and help assist with any questions. Friendly, outgoing, bilingual, and high energy individuals are desired. 

  • Greets and acknowledges all clients in a friendly and professional manner.

  • Assists clients with signing in and directs them to appropriate services

  • Answers phone calls and route inquiries appropriately

  • Assists with clerical tasks as needed 

  • Support Clothing Room operations as needed

  • High mobility and ability to lift 20lbs

Free parking for volunteers is available depending on location. 

AGE RESTRICTIONS:

The minimum age is 18 years old.
